If you got charged twice for same purchase, please follow the below inastructions.
If your purchase was made in-game, we would neeed the following detail from you:
- a bank statement showing that the package price has been debited with the mention "Million Lords" in it.
- a screenshot from your provider (Apple / Google) saying the package is active. If you paid using Google Play, please share the Transaction ID with us?(starts with the mention "GPA").
- screenshots on your in game app showing that you didn't receive your purchase.
