If you have lost access to your Million Lords account, the recovery process depends on whether your account was linked to a login service.

Your account was linked (Google / Apple / Facebook)

If your account was previously linked, you can recover it yourself.

Please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Make sure you are logged into the correct Google, Apple, or Facebook account on your device.
2️⃣ Open Million Lords.
3️⃣ On the login screen, select the corresponding login option (Google, Apple, or Facebook).

If the correct account is selected, your game progress should load automatically.

If the account does not appear:

• Verify you are using the same email / social account as before
• Restart the game
• Ensure the app is updated

If the issue persists, contact support and include:

• Your Player ID (PID)
• The login method used (Google / Apple / Facebook)
• What happens on screen when you try to log in
• A screenshot if possible

Your account was NOT linked

If your account was not linked to Google, Apple, or Facebook, recovery is unfortunately not possible.

Without an active login link, we have no way to verify account ownership.

To avoid losing access in the future, we strongly recommend linking your account to a login service in the Settings menu.

Unlinked accounts cannot be restored.
