After a battle or march, your troops are not lost automatically.
To improve the gameplay experience, troops now return directly to your Main City instead of their original location.
Here’s what happens:
• Your troops are sent back to your Main City
• You receive an in-game mail confirming their return
• The return process may take 5 to 10 minutes depending on the situation
If you believe troops are missing:
Check your Main City
Check your in-game mail
Wait a few minutes for the system to update
If your troops are still missing after 30 minutes, please contact support and provide:
• Your Player ID (PID)
• The action performed (battle, march, defense, etc.)
• Approximate time of the event
• A screenshot
This helps us investigate the issue more efficiently.
