Demo Attacks are the attacks launched against weaker opponents, with a limited amount of troops, reduced speed and zero XP gain. This is a game feature designed to help weaker player being exploited by the high-level player and to promote a fair gameplay.

You'll know your attacks have become demo attacks when the attack bar appears as shown in the image below. The game will notify you that you can no longer send a full-force attack, and if you have a commander assigned, it will also warn you that pursuing the attack could result in 0% XP gain.

Starting October 2025, the Demotivation % has changed based on the league you are playing, as follows:

• Bronze -> 100%
• Silver -> 50%
• Gold & Platinum -> 40%
• Diamond & Legend -> 30%
