If you cannot read conversations in gemeral or clan chat, it means your account has been temporarily restricted from sending or viewing messages in the chat. Chat bans are usually applied when a player violates the game’s rules regarding communication.

Common reasons for a chat ban include:

  • Using offensive language, hate speech, or harassment in chat.

  • Spamming or repeatedly sending disruptive messages.

  • Sharing inappropriate content, links, or personal information.

Chat bans are typically temporary and will expire automatically after the designated period. During this time, you may still be able to play the game, but sending or receiving chat messages will be blocked.
If you have repeated offenses, the chat ban can extended up to 2 years or permanent chat ban.

If you believe the chat ban was applied incorrectly, you can contact the game’s support team. Provide your Player ID and any relevant context so they can review your case.
