Once you confirm a purchase, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

For transactions made through Google Play, Apple App Store, or Xsolla, payments are handled directly by the platform and are finalized as soon as they are approved.

If you believe the purchase was made by mistake, you can request a refund through the platform’s support page. Refund approval depends on their policies.
